Questions
How long does it take?
Up to 6 hours. Your finished invitation is waiting in your account for you to approve within 6 hours of payment, wherever you are in the world.
Can we change details after sending?
Yes. Because the invitation is a link, a new time or venue reaches every guest without anything being sent again. Edit it yourself from your account.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. Each invitation is a link that opens straight away in the browser, including inside WhatsApp and Instagram, on any phone or computer.
How do replies reach us?
Guests reply inside the invitation, event by event, and answer any questions you set, such as dietary needs, with the choices you write. Every reply appears in your account the moment it is sent, and you can download them all as a spreadsheet.
Is our guests' information private?
Personal links are private and kept out of search engines. Replies, including dietary needs, are handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and used only for your event.
How much does it cost?
$25 per invitation for any template, paid once in US dollars. That includes finishing and checking it, unlimited guests with personal links, the RSVP dashboard and one round of changes. Designing in the editor is free. A custom design starts from $299: send a short brief, pay $299 to begin, and we quote anything more before we start.
What occasions do you design for?
Anything you would send an invitation for: weddings and engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, graduations, housewarmings, dinner parties, festive gatherings, corporate events and launches. If no template fits, we can design one.
I am not in Singapore. Can you still help?
Yes. We are based in Singapore and work with hosts everywhere. Everything happens online, and invitations work in any country and time zone.
